You may cancel your booking free of charge within 24 hours of making the reservation and receive a full refund.

After 24 hours, all bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may affect your stay.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to honour your booking, we will offer either:

• an alternative date; or
• a full refund.

We are not liable for any additional costs, expenses, or losses incurred as a result of the cancellation.
